At Pediatric Dental Care, your child's care is in the hands of three board-certified pediatric dentists, each a Diplomate of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, which represents the highest level of specialty training and certification in our field. Dr. Robert Kilareski brings over 26 years of dedicated pediatric dental experience, Dr. Matthew Kremser brings over 20 years, and Dr. Chase Ellis rounds out our team with nearly a decade of focused expertise, giving our practice a combined depth of knowledge that families across Pennsylvania have come to rely on.

What unites our doctors is a shared philosophy: that every child deserves the highest level of care delivered in the most compassionate way possible. We understand that no two children are the same. Some kids bounce into the chair without a second thought, while others need a little more time, patience, and reassurance, and that is completely okay. Behind every great practice is a great team, and ours is no exception. With nearly 40 dedicated professionals, from our warm and welcoming appointment coordinators to our skilled and gentle dental assistants, our office runs on a genuine love for working with children and their families. We know that kids pick up on the energy around them, so we work hard to make sure every interaction, from the first phone call to the final goodbye, feels friendly, calm, and reassuring. Our 14,000 sq. ft. pediatric dental facility is fully jungle and safari themed, with bigger-than-life animals, a themed treehouse play area, TVs, and games throughout the space. There is even a dedicated parent waiting lounge so that caregivers can relax while their child is being seen. From the lions on the front of our building to the lush jungle décor inside, we have designed every detail of this space to spark a sense of wonder and adventure, because a child who feels at ease is a child who is ready to receive great care.

We offer a full range of pediatric dental services designed to meet your child's needs at every stage of their development. Our preventive services, including fluoride treatments, dental sealants, and deep cleanings, help build a strong foundation for lifelong oral health. When restorative care is needed, we are experienced in composite fillings, stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and space maintainers, all delivered with the gentleness and patience that pediatric patients deserve.

What truly sets Pediatric Dental Care apart, however, is something that no other pediatric dental practice in the area can offer: an in-house dental anesthesiologist available five days a week. For children who need laughing gas, moderate conscious/"twilight" sedation, or even general anesthesia, we are able to provide that care right here in our office. In-house general anesthesia is a reality at our practice, and it is one of the reasons that hundreds of dental offices across Pennsylvania trust us with their most complex pediatric referrals.
