Hello!

We are sending out this information to our patients and families to bring awareness to our confirmation process.

We have a text to confirm system in place due to its convenience to our families as it takes little time to respond to confirm. We do require confirmation for the appointment to stay on our schedule. If you do not confirm the appointment the patient will be removed, and you will need to reschedule.

You will still be hearing from us if the patient’s appointment requires prior instructions.

Also, if you have a change in contact information, please don’t forget to inform us as soon as possible so that line of communication doesn’t fail.

We greatly appreciate your help moving forward in this process, so we all can be more efficient with our time.

My daughter was very nervous about her first appointment at your office. The girl that took her back was super sweet with her and made her a little more at ease by the time we were at the parent lounge. When she brought her back out, she was all smiles and said “I had a lot of fun!” Dr. Bob is always a sweet guy and explains things so thoroughly. He found something that rarely happens in young kids with her. He explained they would just be watching her closely and told us possibilities of what they may need to do in the future.
